Terms and conditions

The Judges' decision is final.
Each written entry cannot exceed 2,000 words.
Each written entry needs to be written in a romantic, comedy tone.
The competition winners’ must agree to their names, stories and photographs being used for promotional purposes.
Relatives and employees of the Headline Publishing Group, La Senza Ltd and Malmaison, or anyone associated with these companies, are not eligible for entry.
All entries must strictly follow copyright laws and be entirely the work of the entrant, any submissions found to be infringing these laws will be disqualified and no further entries will be accepted. The entrant is wholly liable in any case of copyright infringement.
Entries cannot be returned.
The closing date for entries is 3rd October 2009. All entries must be received by this date.
The winners will be notified in writing no later than 31st October 2009.
Only the winning entrants will be notified.
The winning entries will be published as an interactive online book at https://www.lasenza.co.uk for a minimum of two weeks and on https://www.littleblackdressbooks.com.
The winners must assign copyright in the story to Headline Publishing Group and La Senza.
Entries must be sent in hard copy or electronic format to any La Senza store. Online entries are also accepted. No other form of entry will be accepted.
Publication of all or part of the edited winning entries on either the La Senza or Little Black Dress websites does not constitute a publishing contract, a commitment to provide further publishing or editorial advice, or an intention on the part of the Headline Publishing Group to publish the competition winner as a Little Black Dress author.
Malmaison competition prize is valid for twelve months after issue.
Prize must be taken on two consecutive nights (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday).
Breakfast is included on both nights
Based on two people sharing a standard double bedroom.
Dinner is three courses from the à la carte menus and includes a side dish per person.
Dinner is only offered on one night. Drinks are not included.
Any extras to be paid by the guest on departure.
Subject to hotel availability. Booking in advance is recommended to secure preferred dates.
Each of the five winners will additionally receive £100 of La Senza gift card and £75 worth of Little Black Dress books.
Entrants must be eighteen years or older.
No purchase necessary.
Competition is open to UK residents only.
Competition excludes Southern Ireland.
Entry on an offical form only.
One entry per person.
Prize winners will be responsible for travel to and from Malmaison venues, all spending money and other costs associated with taking the prize.
Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
