    Have a look in http://www.thelink.co.uk deals on most providers & every chance they'll be there to pay the cashback when the time comes - unlike some of the providers.

    Crikey, the number of times I've pointed to them, you'd think I'd shares in Dixons! (I haven't!!)

    I got a D600 on orange (canary 30) for £1.99 for eight months (i think it was!), cashback-wise, from onestopphoneshop. That includes 200mins and 75 texts. Not as much as you're hoping for, but I think they offered higher tariffs too. This was a 12 month contract and a recon phone.

    Tried to do a link, but it didn't work, sorry! They do have it on other networks, too, if you prefer. :beer:

    Here are the tariffs that I believe best match your usage. I restricted the search to 12 months contracts.

    Orange Canary 40
    300 any time / any network mins
    100 SMS
    75 Orange to Orange evening / weekend mins

    - The SMS and Orange to Orange minutes are doubled for the first 6 months
    - Unused minutes will rollover to the next month


    O2 250
    250 any time / any network mins
    100 SMS

    - Minutes and SMS are doubled for the first 3 months
    - Unused minutes will rollover to the next month
    - 0800, 0845, 0870 are included in your allowance


    T-Mobile Relax 30
    250 any time / any network mins
    100 SMS

    T-Mobile Relax 35
    500 any time / any network mins
    200 SMS

    - Unused minutes will NOT rollover to the next month


    Though the minutes on O2 250 are slightly under your requirements, bear in mind these are doubled for the first three months and unused minutes rollover. The fact that non-geographic numbers are included is one on the primary reasons why I recommend O2 above other networks.

    Here are the best deals have found for those tariffs. I have only provided links for the retailers I recommend (e2save and mobileshop) although I have included the deals at One Stop Phone Shop and The Link for comparison.

    My personal recommendation would be the O2 250 package at mobileshop. At just £14.58 per month after cashback this is incredible value.
