My dial up access with Fast 4 was intermittently out on Friday morning and has been completely out since Friday afternoon. Anyone else experiencing the same problem with Fast 4 or is it just me?

out as in you cannot get a dial tone for the number, or out, as in your username/password is rejected?
My advise is to contact customer services0 -
Out as in username or password invalid. This usually seems to mean that the servers are too busy to connect me or they are down. As its 24 h since I've been able to log on presume the servers are down - or Fast 4 has gone to the wall. Either way I would have expected an email from them to let me know what is happening.
Will contact customer services now.0 -
It may be that they have cut you off. If you have stayed connected for long periods by instantly reconnecting after a timeout they may have cancelled your account. When they do this they don't even email you.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0

PS anyone else still on the £5 deal0 -
Problem solved. :j The password must have been lost even though I have always checked the box to save it. Once I rekeyed the password all was okay. Thanks for the suggestions. You're quicker at responding than Fast4. Nothing from them yet.0

Total £30.54. Then it's £9.95 per month if you take their phone deal. I'm not sure about this but it saves £2 per month. So farewell dial-up and hello BB. I'll let you know how it goes and also for the FAST 4 CONNECTION DIARY

If you are a FAST 4 dial-up customer, there is a site which most of the users post on. Check it out here:
