Hello, just asking for any experiences/opinions on HIP pack providers.
I am looking to do it online to save on EA price.
I have had quotes from Hips4u and My hip home (£10 more but in my own town if this helps at all).
Which would you recommend/avoid?
Thanks

We used Hips4U and found it to be fine. Having said that, our buyers still had to fork out to have the searches done by their solicitor.0

We have used hips4u, with no problems, very efficient.0

Where they are is irrelevant. It’s a heap of paper that should be the same whoever supplies it.
They should have the appropriate insurance cover to compensate for any mistakes they or their suppliers make. Check that!
Other than that, I used https://www.budget-hips.com and they were fairly quick and efficient. The lowest price I could find at the time.0 -

Thanks for that I will have a look at the website you have suggested.0 -
Just remember that nobody is the least bit interested in it anyway.

Just over a week including the EPC survey (for marketing the property), then a few days later you get the full HIP including all the surveys and Water Board report (stuff mostly used by the solicitors).0
