Twitter Ticket Giveaway Rules & Regulations

One lucky @WestEndUpdates follower will win free tickets to the West End show of their choice, and all you have to do is give us a little bit of publicity. We love good publicity almost as much as we love theatre and who's better than you guys to publicise us?!
The person who gets www.show-and-stay.co.uk mentioned in the most impressive place in context wins the tickets, simple as that. Project our address onto the surface of the moon, get us into trending topics, do anything within the law to spread our name around. The biggest, boldest and most attention grabbing effort will be rewarded.
Be imaginative, ladies and gents. You're up against some strong competition, our twitter friends are impressively creative (and sneaky).
The Rules
  • 1) show-and-stay.co.uk must be referred to in context. Mentions of the WestEndUpdates quiz (however grand) will not be counted.
  • 2) No entry may break the law. That means no mugging, no littering, no pirate radio, no kidnapping prominent West End stars etc.
  • 3) We need evidence. Be it a photo, video, or copy of a news article; we need proof of our mention. Photoshopped or doctored images will not be accepted, so don't try cheating, you cheeky theatre scamps.
  • 4) The most impressive piece of publicity will be declared winner. The impressiveness of your entry is will be judged by our fearless leader, Mike Shaw. His decision is final, absolute and total.
  • 5) The deadline for entry is 18 August, 2009.
  • 6) Winners will receive one pair of tickets for the show of their choice (picked from the shows we sell). These tickets cannot be exchanged for any cash or alternative prizes.
  • 7) Competition is not open to employees or affiliates of Show and Stay or the Holiday Extras group.
  • 8) All entries must be sent via email to editorial@show-and-stay.co.uk
  • 9) We may publish your entries on www.show-and-stay.co.uk and blog.show-and-stay.co.uk
Good luck.
Never regret anything....'cos at one time it was exactly what you wanted...

Comments

  • Show-and-stay.co.uk (a theatre breaks website) are running a competition on twitter to win a pair of free tickets to any show you want.

Their twitter feed is called WestEndUpdates, details can be found on there (seems I can't post links)

Thought a few on here might be interested.
