    good but in it also says

    You have until 15 August 2006 to use the system worldwide for free.
    If, afterwards, you cannot do without it, that will not be a problem. We expect the costs to vary from € 0,50 to € 2,00 a month.
    Free subscriptions are also a possibility.

    Can it be installed on 3 phone. My phone is locked, when I copy the file nav4all.jad to the phone and run the file it needs to access the browser, can't do it with 3 phone.

    just to let you know, it would appear that it has to dial up to the 'main computer' for all route calculations, and then download them from the said computer, which would cost you money each time for data transfers.
