Reduction of minimum fare on 16-25 railcard

As those who have one of these know you (generally) can't get a discount with the card before 10am Mon-Fri (Sept - June) UNLESS you fare is over £16 for a return.
The good news is..
As of 17th May 2009 the minimum fare for the young persons (& full time student) railcard HAS BEEN REDUCED to £12 instead of £16.
