Terms and Conditions

All participants must be 18 years of age or over.
All participants must be resident in the United Kingdom.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
Only one entry is allowed per person, unless you choose to play again as per the 'How to Play' guidelines.
Where participants provide the e-mail addresses for their friends as per the 'How to Play' guidelines, participants agree that they have obtained consent from their friends for those friends to receive an e-mail from the promoter containing a link to www.westendtime.com and an invitation to participate in the prize draw.
Entries must be made by 12.00am (midnight), Friday 1st May 2009.
Winners will be accepted once the individuals details have been entered into the data capture field on the last page of the competition on the www.westendtime.com.
Winners will then be sent an e-mail confirmation with a unique id number which should be kept for reference.
The winners will be contacted by e-mail by Friday 8th May to arrange prize collection/ redemption. Winners will then need to quote their unique id winning number.
Prize must be claimed within 2 months of notification.
West End Marketing Alliance cannot be held responsible for entries or attempted entries which are incomplete or not actually received.
West End Marketing Alliance cannot be held responsible for internet access issues effecting players whilst playing the online game.
If you have a query regarding whether or not you have won a certain prize: refer to the 'How to Play' guidelines to ensure you have completed all the stages of the game.
Any players who believe they have won a prize but have not received an email to the email address they provided and have already read 'How to Play' guidelines, should contact [EMAIL="info@westendtime.com"]info@westendtime.com[/EMAIL].
All prize(s) stated are non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The prize(s) are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to offer substitute prize(s) of similar value.
There are 100 prizes available to win. Click here to read the full list of prizes (including terms and conditions of each prize). Each unique e-mail address has the chance to win one prize.
The prize draw will be supervised by an independent adjudicator.
Members of the West End Marketing Alliance, Officers of the West End Marketing Alliance and relatives of Members and Officers are not permitted to enter the online game. Relatives are defined to include husband, wife, son, daughter, mother, father, brother, sister, grandparents and grandchildren.
Identities of prize winner/s will be available from West End Marketing Alliance on request.
West End Marketing Alliance may require winners to participate in reasonable publicity activity, such as, but not limited to, publicity photographs and interviews. West End Marketing Alliance may use the names and likeness of winners, including any publicity photographs or interviews for promotion or marketing purposes. Acceptance of a prize will be deemed acceptance by the winner to participate in such publicity and/or allow his/her name and likeness to be used for these purposes.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The promoter shall not be liable for any interruption of the prize draw due to circumstances beyond its control.
The promoter does not accept any liability for any part or the whole of any prize.
By entering the online prize draw you are agreeing to receive further communications from the West End Marketing Alliance.
