Firstly I think you should give the perfume to me.... lol

But seriously, it is always worth complaining again if you are not happy. You did not get the original deal you signed up for, the least they could have done was replace it with another, current deal and if that was damaged, and unacceptable then again, they should have replaced it, which they haven't done, rather substitute without your knowledge.

By all accounts the customer service you have received has not been good as they have kept getting it wrong. I would either ask for my subscription money back or for the original gift you signed up for to be sent which is all you wanted in the first place.

Got a reply to the mail today re the books: basically they have ran out of Radox bath sets and just sent a replacement. I have advised them I have cancelled the DD and requested a pre-paid envelope to return the books in.
