Madasafish

I have been with Madasafish for 12 months and have been paying £25.44 per month for 20GB download, and although I am very happy with customer service and ease of reporting problems I decided that I could get a better deal else where. As my contract is coming to an end I phoned them to get my MAC code, I was asked why I wanted to leave and told them it was too dear, with this he asked me wait to see what he could do to make me stay. He left me on hold for a few minutes and came back with the deal of £4.50 per month same package as I have,:T for another 12 months contract. Eureka I couldn't believe what he said and asked him to repeat. Of course I accepted, £21 a month saving, just shows what they can offer when you want to leave, must have phoned at right time, dont think I could better this anywhere else.:T
