o2 online gives you 300 texts for £10 (+keep £10). oranges gives you 300 texts for every £10 up to 1000 texts (I think). Not sure if you get to keep you money as well with orange though0

o2 without a shadow of a doubt. Hit it when they have the free sim cards and you cannot lose. o2 will not be beaten on pay as you go text deals0

Orange top up £10 in January get 300 messages and you get to keep the £10, top up £20 in Feb you get 600 messages the next montha nd get to kepp the £20

You dont have to top up by £10 to get first months 300 texts, you get them anyway when you choose that text plan,irrespective of whether you top up or not.
But i would suggest 02 is better . 300 texts if you top up by £10 plus the £10 which you get to keep buys another 100 texts. =400 texts a month for £10! Comes to 2.5p a text not bad!0 -
Another benefit of O2 is that if you miss a topup for a month and then topup, your free texts start within 24 hours, whereas with Orange they start the month after.0

I have seen advertised before a virgin version of the o2 online sims. But only once a long time ago. No idea if they still do it, or whether there is a link to info0
