A quick hi to everyone. I have been reading the forum for quite a while but this is my very first post. Well here I go.
My wife picked up a brand new Fire Blanket (made by Brunwick) in Lloyds Pharmacy for £2.99, reduced from £19.99. It has the BSI safety kite you would expect. She bought this about a week ago. Not very exciting but cheap and all homes should really have one. Try your luck!!0 -
Hi and welcome! Good first post!0

Body fat scales only measure the electrical resistance of your body from left to right feet. This will vary according to how sweaty your feet are, how thirsty you are etc. However they are almost as cheap as regular scales now so why not, it is a bit of a guide to how much blubber you have!

Alternative money saving body fat measurement suggestion - if you can't see your left or right feet you've got too much body fat0 -
