Amazon super save delivery (free delivery) threshold now only £5 (was £15)

We are excited to announce that we are significantly reducing the minimum purchase
for Super Saver Delivery, our FREE delivery programme. Starting today, you only need

It came through on an email to all "Amazon Associates" (I am an Amazon affiliate as I run my own website).

No, it is for all customers.

An affiliate (to put it into perspective in my case) is someone who directs visitors to Amazon's website. So, I have a link on my website, advertising Amazon stuff, people click on my link, buy from Amazon, and I get a teeny weeny %age of the purchase paid to me as comission. The same as Martin does with a lot of the links on this site. He has an article explaing someonewhere "How this site is financed" and that explains it all.

Sorry, but your original post is misleading to most readers of posts then.

    How so?!

The deal is open to all customers, how many times?!

    Apology accepted.
  • Why is it misleading??

All they are doing is posting an email they have received, theres nothing to suggest that its only available to them!
  • The email was to Amazon Associates, so far nothing suggests its available to all either, especially as the site still says £15.
If i am wrong i will apologise. But as it stands, yes its misleading as its not £5.
