Roses/Quality Street/Heros/Celebrations etc £7.99 BOGOF @ Tesco

Options
As of today, tins all £7.99 buy one get one free. Runs till the 9th September.

May be worth waiting till later in the year after last years price war on them...but £4 a tin is a pretty good price anyway if you need them sooner/want to spread the cost of the C word (can not quite bring myself to use it this far out!)

  • Has anyone spotted these? I had a browse around the store and there were none to be found - offer or otherwise:confused:

Is it repacked stock from last Christmas?

Can I take one tin back for a full refund and keep the free one?

Why stop there? Tesco have 46 BOGOF offers on at the moment. Why not get two of each and try returning one of each to the store for a refund. Let us know if it works won't you?

They pretty much sell out every year. Would be lucky to find one come December, let alone anyone having enough to bother repackaging.

These are new in stock at my local Tesco today - the sales lady was unpacking them at 12pm - so it's just a matter of time before they are in all shops. She was putting scores of boxes out.

A good deal, but then the other supermarkets usually match them so don't worry if you miss it.

The Roses are 1.05kg inc wraps and the celebrations are 975g. The celebrations come in a new reusable plastic tub. It can be microwaved, frozen and washed! Who would do that to chocolate????? Anyway it looks quite smart and could easily be used as a cake tin after!! Def the reason I bought them (cough cough!!)

Its these sort of deals that make Tesco the No.1 supermarket, yes Asda will come up with a price to match, but Tesco have already stolen the march and the other supermarkets are left playing catch up again.
