Making a guinness flannel glass

Hi,
I was telling someone at work about flannel cup cakes etc, they asked me if i could do a guinness pint glass for them lol, i have never even made a cup cake yet!! has anyone else made one before please?

    Not had a proper play with this but i think you would need to actually use a pint glass as I am not sure how you would get it to stay in shape other wise.
    You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

    I used a m& S thick flannel and a thin white cheap flannel and nicked hubbys pint glass!

    thats what i did dora, although the colours were a bit diff lol cos i only had pink and blue to hand,

    think this is the only way you can do it tbh x

    That looks great I'd never have thought of doing that :T
    Oh dear, I've been offline all day busy doing boring things like cleaning; washing; ironing that I should have done last week but couldn't cos I was shopping for bits and making my nappy cake and now there are so many posts full of wonderful new ideas :confused: as if I haven't got enough to do with the bits I already have :rotfl: not enough hours in the day if you ask me ;)

    Thats brilliant ! Super idea...............I''ve got some pint glassed with Guiness on them. OH doesn't drink the stuff though.............could do one with brown flannel and cream top for pint of bitter though.........oh eck......housework will never get done.................lol

    So know that feeling Mary, trouble is there are too many lovely people posting on here with far too many great ideas :D

    I needed to hoover the living room this morning but instead have let the children pull out all the Lego and that now covers the floor, no need to hoover now!

  • Asda and Wilkinsons both do packs of 4 smartprice pint glasses ( not sure they actually hold a pint but they look right!) for 99p
