[FONT="]Hmm…article based on the musings of an estate agency “head of research”, a property finders firm and a mortgage expert?
Why would people in that line of work want anyone to view now as a good time to buy?

Games up i am afraid no amount of ramping is going to stop it getting worse..remember this is the fastest falling market since recent records began... .It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
You can't blame them for trying...they're all drowning, not waving..!

Cashed-up investors are massing, Bailey says, “desperate not to be the last to see the bottom of the market”.
LOL hilarious! A straightforward inversion of the same psycho-twaddle that the vested interests were peddling on the way up, is now being used on the way down! When will these clowns realise that the game's up and the pyramid scam that is UK property is collapsing? :rotfl:  :rotfl:
If the credit crunch is going to last until 2017, why on EARTH would we be seeing the bottom of the market any time soon?'Never keep up with Joneses. Drag them down to your level. It's cheaper.' Quentin Crisp0 -
A poodle breeder would probably have a more balanced viewpoint, and given that poodles are the intelligentsia of the dog world maybe we should ask for their comments on the housing market too .....:Dpickledpink wrote: »Who would you expect then to write the article ? A poodle breeder?:rotfl:0 -

I've been long term bear, but I am now seeing cash rich investors preparing themselves to buy, indeed some are buying now.0 -
