Monster Moves brings six brand new episodes of gargantuan proportions, showing how entire buildings are relocated by teams of specialists.
Will the buildings make it through their hazardous journeys?
Could these extraordinary tasks prove too much?
In Risky Rescues the teams move an entire lighthouse off a cliff. 100 Tonne Train sees them faced with the challenge of hauling an antique steam locomotive, weighing 100 tonnes, across a distance of nearly 10,000km. Then a special edition of the series tells the story of the relocation of several Egyptian temple structures in Moving Ancient Egypt. Two teams of adventurous movers attempt to relocate a pair of enormous, yet delicate buildings made entirely from wood in Blizzard Battle. Snake Country reconstructs a historic ‘town that time forgot’ while dodging the area’s rattlesnakes and cacti. Finally, in Hauling History watch the most perilous journey of the series, as a team of movers navigates a 700-tonne brick hall one kilometre through a busy Iowan city.
Premieres from Sunday 10th August at 5pm.
To celebrate the new series Monster Moves on National Geographic Channel we’re giving away ten fantastic goodie bags!
All you have to do is watch the programme and answer this question:
In Monster Moves: Risky Rescues what is the size of the Lighthouse?
a) 100-tonne
b) 500-tonne
c) 750-tonne

Standing tall at 90 feet and weighing in at 500 tons, the lighthouse proves to be a massive job for Expert House Movers. Safe ground lies 400 feet away, and the movers identify three possible options to get from A to B. Using computer-generated images, the film demonstrates in detail how each method will work. But with hurricane season brewing, the team will need to get things rolling quickly.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, my mum (Motherglove) has been searching for that for a couple of months now! I've also had a good scan of the site on a couple of occasions & I couldn't see any way that worked either
If anyone knows a way that works to get a password reminder then please (!) share it so my mum & flamingice can log in againSad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
