Portsmouth water are giving away a free waterbutt to the first 15,000 people to register with them on https://www.portsmouth.savewater.co.uk. I reserved mine this morning to get ready for my soon to be veggie garden!:T

I am a Portsmouth Water Customer but don't live in Portsmouth, as a result I am not eligible.
It seems it is for Portsmouth residents only as it's being funded by Portsmouth Council......0 -

I pay to Portmouth water - but live outside Portsmouth - so I can't get one! Portmouth residents seem to get lots of freebies - free sports for kids in the holiday, cheaper spinnaker tower tickets etc.......0

Yeah but they don't even have wheelie bins in Portsmouth! We've had them for 20 years in Fareham.
