I don,t know what this company is like, so I am not going to say anything about them, but they do charge you a fee for registering.
I do a few online surveys, admittedly the earnings aren't as much as these claim to be able to provide, but it didn't cost me anything to register, so no risk involved (I didn't read in detail, they might have a money back guarantee).0 -

I would not trust any company (or individual?) like this that asks for a fee up front.
