    Hi,

I've been using the tesco codes since early last year.

Since November I've been getting error code EC01. This is for all codes, none will work at all.

Does anyone know why this is? Have I been blocked from using the codes? Should I open a new clubcard account?

    Any thoughts would be great.

    Many thanks

    Dee:confused:

Hi Dee - you can only use codes once per account. So yes, you will have to open another:rolleyes: account to use a code again.

But that's the problem I can no longer use the codes even for the 1st time.

    They all do not work
  • I get the same error message EC01 on alot of the codes as well:eek:

I keep a list by my pc and go through them all when ordering and 90% of them do not work,

I have been learning quite a few are targeted and account specific:mad:

The last one I used was XX-HDT9 for 500 points on £50.00 spend and that has worked on all of my accounts. :j Try it and see, Fingers x'd:D

  • Deee,

have you tried using a valid code on your account i.e one that was sent to you by tesco?

if not and if you can't use it then you could call tesco's customer services to ask them to add the points and they might inadvertently unfreeze the use of codes on your account IF it has indeed been frozen.

    Hi,

I tried a wine code sent to me and it worked. Then tried XX-HDT9 which did not!

So I open another account tried lots of codes none worked or so I thought, but I then found a code of 500 points in my basket!

I'll see if it works when the shopping is delivered.

    Many thanks

    Dee

    Hello!

Is there a thread to discuss paper vouchers in store, like those ones you get out of magazines which *cough cough* work in Tescos ;)

I'm wondering if anyone else has had any joy with the 30p Lindt bunny ones being scanned for shopping...

    Thanking yous muchly.
