They don't email you when they've paid, rather it changes to paid under your payments tab. It's then the bacs system from then on ~ you should get your payment in the next couple of days.

I personally think it will be in tomorrow.

    Thanks for that :j

Hi .. I am in the same situation as you, but the thread link below suggests it is possibly just a late or non tracking situation.

There are instances of new customers tracking in 2 days - Are they likely to have registered or paid anything in to trigger tracking off ? As I really like the look of other HSBC accounts, I will probably register and pay something in today, and then if necessary see if the Quidco ticket process is as bad as other postings have suggested.

I would be interested to hear what you do, or from anyone else with info.

    Thanks

mine hasnt tracked either over a week now. i got my letter through then phoned up to set up internet banking. they said they had no record of my account. they advised me to go into a branch and sort it out.

Can I just say to anyone who hasn't had a transaction track, please fight for it. Of course keep all documentation, emails, screen prints etc. After two years of fighting for Barclays home insurance cash back I am delighted to find out today that they are finally paying up and the transaction has been approved. I'm sooo pleased, it's some more cash towards our wedding. I'm so chuffed, at last some good has come out of my stubborness (sp?)
    Thanks

Just a tip, I log all my purchase transactions in Excell. Date, time, amount and cashback expected. I then wait for it to track and if it does not you have all the details. If you use Quidco a lot, it is easy to forget or miss some of the transactions. To be fair Quidco have paid all of my recent enquires without any problem and it is surprising how they mount up and could amount to a large value at the end of the year!!

Ooh I didn't know about this, it makes sense that it is, but I'm just made up it's being paid, at least we know they are abiding by what they say, get those claims in everyone!! Thanks for pointing this out.
