    Lightspeed is good as long as nothing goes wrong, as their customer services is one of the worst out there. Just recently loads of surveys have not had the points added onto my account (this goes back to April), and when I email them I get the same standard pre-formatted reply, and still no points added on to my account. :mad:

    Well I'm still waiting on a pinecone payment from 18th aug :confused: Lucky you getting paid twice lol. I get paid (or should get paid) by paypal tho'.

    Yeah, same. Weird.

    Also regarding Lightspeed, I checked my account and found that since joining at the start of this year I have managed to complete ONE survey! :rotfl:I lost out on a whole bunch because they arrived when I was in Germany and I think it didn't like the fact I was using a foreign PC so I got all kinds of funny error messages. How irritating.

    I sent them an email in the end as I'd actually spent the vouchers already!

    Ditto- spend mine generally the day or next day I get them, I am always short of cash so it always comes in as very useful, dont think I could save them- they help too much!

    Sent pinecone an email saying I disliked the fact I was required to pay to send them vouchers back and I didnt have the money to cover thier mistakes.
    I then wet on to explain I had spent them over a week and a half ago when they arrived and its very late to be asking for money back and that they needed to think about the reality of what they were asking.

    I then said if they were that worried about the vouchers, I would be happy to do a further survey for them and not recieve payment as they would not be getting thier money back on this one.

    I got the email sent back as status: 'delayed', I guess they have some new admin person who went and paid everone double by mistake- oops! -either that or it was someones last day- lol! as I have yet to find a machine that stuffs and sends off letters by itself, it has to be a human error rather then thier "technical" error discription!
