Where Are You Transferring Your IceSave ISA's To?

I was well into the second week of waiting for my Icesave Isa to be transfered to Natwest, so if we were to get the Isa back quickly?, i will put it into Natwest as i was doing.

But as long as i get it back i will be over the moon !!!!!!!!!!!!.:j

Not sure which one offers the best balance between low penalty and interest rate though. Anyone have an opinion?
