Do not think that this problem is all to do with Wii Fits.
I have a few itenms that have still not arrived but cannot contact them until 21 days is up.
Play, over the past few months have started to get very poor in their dealings with customers.0 -
Well I have just spoken to Play and eventually got put through to Daniel who is the Customer service manager. Apparently Daniel is unaware of this problem and as far as he is concerned all of these orders have gone out and I am the first person that has mentioned this to him! It might be a good idea if others give him a call on 028 90921724 (got the number off saynoto0870.com) ask for Daniel the Customer service manager and you should get put through. It will be interesting to find out if he says the same story to others. I am going to call Consumer Direct when I get a chance later as I am in work at the moment.
I sent the claim form off this time last week and they are saying that they havn't got that either!!!!
Dont forget to use 028 90921724 so they dont make any more money from us!0 -
Well i phoned last week so thats a lie , i asked for head office number which they wouldnt give just gave me an email to send to ,fed up with the lies that play are telling .I sent my claim form recorded delivery because i just dont trust them .The email i got if anyone is interested is [EMAIL="customerservice@play.com"]customerservice@play.com[/EMAIL] apparently bosses and directors get to read emails that come thru on this address ..or thats what i was told but probably another lie.0

I also sent my claim form back last Wednesday & they have not received mine either! I have printed off another which i have sent Recorded this morning. I have also phoned my credit card company to place a dispute on the payment. I very rarely get angry but i am sooooo furious with Play.com. What a c**p company.:mad: :mad: :mad:0 -
Well we spoke to Daniel earlier on who said he WAS aware of a problem but still would not provide tracking details,we asked how many were "posted on the 17th" but he wouldnt tell me.Found him rather useless and arrogant in his attitude ,i told him of at least 10 people from this site have the same problem so thats £700 of stock missing but it just seemed he really couldnt care less and said you have got your money back (i havenot got it yet ) whats your problem .Still not sure if its parcel force or private courier because again he would not say .Its really got my back up now ,i was going to order a Playstation 3 from them but no way now ..told him that too but he really did not care .Really angry now and play have definately lost me as a customer .0

Wel, Looks like daniel will be going home with a headache today, at least he isn't out of pocket like the rest of us though. I got the same attitude from him, not a good one for a customer service manager.0

This is really outrageous ... how can they mess it up big time ! still waiting for the Wii Fit dispatched on the 17th .. got upset and cancelled Wii Jog and Wenger Bag order ... thanks Play.com

Posted my claim form back today to Play, will give it a few days and then phone them again to chase up :[Slightly worn out mum to 3 (DS1 May 03, DS2 Feb 05, DD1 Feb 08). When i grow up i think i'll become a UN Peace keeper....0
