I Blame Old Style........!

I do. I really do. It's all the fault of being OS. Because if I wasn't OS, I would use tea bags in a mug like everyone else & wouldn't even own a teapot. . But nooooooo, I'm OS & therefore I use tea leaves in a teapot 'cos it's an OS way of eeking the tea out of fewer leaves, thereby costing less:idea:.
Consquently I spent 2 hours yesterday afternoon with my hand stuck in the ******* teapot:o:o:o:o:o:p:p:p:p:p
And I couldn't break the teapot to free my have because I'm a MSE'er and that would involve paying an over-inflated price to match a new now-discountinued tea pot to the rest of my dinner set:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:
After trying cooking oil, washing up liquid, liquid soap, vaselilne, 3-in-1 oil, cold water, hot water & body lotion I ended up waiting until Hubby came home from work to help. And his reaction was something like this :
