  • Lillibet, thank you for making me laugh :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
But did you get the teapot off, please tell?
  • Oh come on, you can't leave it at that - we need the full story now!!!

Lillibet, sorry but :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

my dd filled the loo with toilet roll, so trying to get it out i put my hand down and round the u bend, wearing rubber gloves, which promtly got snagged on something, as did my watch strap beneath. i was only wearing a nightie at the time, and i had to get dd to bring me my mobile, to ring my dad, who couldn't free me either, so in the end we got a plumber to drain the water out, and free me. :o

I knew there'd be someone else with a worse story to make me feel less embarassed, and the loo U bend one does the trick:D. Thank you:p

    Now, in turn :

Judi : Yes the teapot is still intact & back in service, all be it rather well lubricated_party_

    Mossy : I was Mummy-teapot-hand for 2 hours:whistle:

LilacLillie : I thought of the firebrigade but my ex-boyfriends dad is a fire chief in the area & I didn't think I could stand the shame_pale_

    Tondella : Thank you.............. I think:confused:

Catowen : Yep, how many men would be able to change a dirty nappy left handed & still keep the right handed teapot sanitary:silenced:

Bogof_Babe : Well, some of the tea leaves where adhearing to the bottom so I suck a sponge in there to wipe them out.....next time I'll just leave them & have coffee instead:coffee:

And to everyone else who just had a good laugh......your day will come....and when it does you'll be begging to know exactly how we got the damn thing off in the end:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks for the laugh! Get yourself down to the charity shop and buy a teapot for 50p then you wont mind what happens to it!

I consider myself OS but still use tea bags - maybe you should consider it a safety feature?

Loved the story of the ubend rofl:grinheart
