In the title you say "Sun" does this mean there are free tickets in the sun?
I only ask because the link you gave also has free tickets but only for children:

The Royal Navy has made 3000 free tickets available for young people to attend its autumn celebrations in Trafalgar Square on the evening of Sunday 23 October 2005. The inclusion of young people is a central theme throughout the Trafalgar 200 Programme. Our aim is to provide as much opportunity as possible for young people to participate in the commemoration of Nelsons life and build historical awareness of the victory at Trafalgar.
This exciting and action packed Trafalgar Square show will incorporate music, stage performances and Royal Navy displays.

:T It sounds great- on another part of the site it says there will be those free runners jumping around Trafalgar Square. Not only that but apparently Lord Nelson himself will be there...and he hasn't made any public appearances for ages.
