In response to the claim that 0800 numbers cost a rediculous amount from a mobile, the website http://www.saynoto0870.com/numbersearch.php helps you find the geographical landline number that any 08 number points to.
Unfortunately, the listings for 0800 100 100 do not seem to work - they are for the sales offices. Hopefully soon the correct numbers will be uploaded.
True, but those with free/inclusive minutes to geographical numbers can use one of the 0200 gateway numbers (0200 222 0700 or 0200 222 0900) and dial 0800100100 when they reach the announcement or use 01635 774 800 (which translates directly to 0800100100).

Well I just tried that number 0800100100, the guy that answers the phone was pretty rude, I had to spell everything to him and the number they gave was wrong, never using them again.
Free is great but you have to get good service as well.
