Pegging Out sheets how!!!!!!!!!

I ask this question as I have just pegged out some washing and I always peg out my sheets by the corners so the middle bit gets to blow about.
I have just noticed that my neighbour has theres pegged out with the sheet going over the line. I wonder if it is because she has dogs and worried it might be pulled off the line.
I use to peg them out over the line until I read a tip saving book that said they dry quicker by pegging out just by the corners.
So what do you do corners or over the line.

Over the line
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Corners, dry quicker and with 3 kids I have to maximise drying time.

Corners, every time with one peg in the middle just on one edge (wind side). The wind gets caught in the middle and the sheet blows out like a balloon. Dries in half the time. You've got to make sure the pegs are secure though. I presume you have a choice on a sunny day as the sheet will dry anyway.Jesus loves you:j Everybody else thinks you're an idiot:rolleyes:0

When I have a lot of washing I do peg out like things like pants, socks and hankies between the pegged corners of sheets. Thus allowing me to get more on the line.

Just to be different:rolleyes: I fold my sheets in half along the narrow edge and then peg by the corners so as they are taken down they are already part folded for ironing. Life's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0

Except I skip the ironing bit.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.

Yep, corners, with one peg in the middle, at the very edge of the sheet. This way, they billow, like a sail on a boat, and the wind catches in them and forces itself through, thereby drying quicker....splendid!0
