            Well, no further forward I'm afraid.
Finally got to speak to a supervisor last week (allegedly she was one!) and she promised faithfully that she'd call us back the following evening, again no phone call though.
It's obvious that we're not going to get anywhere by keeping on phoning, I've emailed Trading Standards, got no reply from them, so where do I turn now? Something has to be done about this somehow. Anyone else got any suggestions please?
