Some of us applied for the free trial railcard in the DM in April - just a reminder it expires on the 31st July.
To apply for an annual family railcard don't for get to apply online from Monday 23rd July to August 31st, and quote code DAILYM15 to get £5 off.

Price is normally £20 pa, so this makes a nice saving!

Hi all - can't get the code to work today  - I've got the original paper plus the details on the back of the free card and it def states it is valid from 23rd July - 31st August.
I'll keep trying and post back!
Sorry everyone! :cool:0 -
Right - in the registration form it tells me it will give me a 0% discount, but when I went through to pay the cost came up as £15, so seems like it is working0
-
All working now.
Just ignore the 0% thing - press proceed and you only pay £15.

Anyone know if a child actually has to travel with you for the card to be valid, or is just having the child's ticket good enough? We are planning to take my son down to my parents for him to stay there for a week. We would come back the next day, on our own, leaving him there. So, we'd have his ticket, but not him!0

Thanks for this
I didn't the original card - but it said it was only charging me £15. I bought our train tickets ages ago - so I'm glad I rembered to get the family card before we go.0
