Arrived at at ITV studios now - it's being held here as Channel 4 don't have studio capcity for this, I was told by helpful PR lady.
Most exciting journo in line of sight so far is Quentin Letts , political sketchwriter for Mail (ex of Times, Telegraph etc).
Fingers crossed for Nick Robinson or Andy Marr soonFormer MSE team member0 -
Some useful info in the C4 press pack. The audience has been pretty carefully selected, 80% 'have expressed voting intention' and 20% haven't expressed intention or will vote for a 'minor party' - channel 4's words not mine!
Of the 80% who want to vote, they are split on a 7:7:5 ratio for Labour, Tories and Lib Dems - so those Vince Cable lovers will have to cheer extra loud!Former MSE team member0 -
Journo-watch: Fraser Nelson, Editor of the Spectator just popped himself down opposite this MSE outpostFormer MSE team member0

Please join in folks, now or when it starts in T minus 4 minutes. Channel 4 news on the big screen and doing some pretty serious self-publicising now. Fair playFormer MSE team member0

OOh it's started. They're outlining their principal vision now
Basically: Osborne - cutting deficit, Cable - change regulation/tax systems, Darling - cut spendingFormer MSE team member0 -
What is it with politicians and not answering questions directly? She only asked for your qualitiesJust because I disagree with you, doesn't mean I hate you. We need to understand this as a Society
Each morning we are born again, what we do today is what matters the most.
