Will an increase in available properties lead to any reduction in asking prices, or any other market increases? It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0

An economist would say that as prices increase, quantity supplied increases.
Prices have risen....0 -

I agree. But will an increase in supply lead to a corresponding fall in price?;)It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
I thought they fell about 1% last month.
Monthly numbers are pretty noisy.
If we look at the broader picture for the past couple of years, house prices fell pretty fast for a year then stabilised and then rose a little bit in the next year. Supply collapsed (or seemed to IMO) during the fall and is apparently increasing now.0 -
