It is in notepad so I'm a bit confused......can I paste it into a word doc then transfer it or will I have the same problem?0

It will still have the same problem, I cannot remember how many posts/days you have to wait for it to allow this, you could delete the bits that say http://blahblah out if there are not too many. In Notepad you can just press the delete key after highlighting the http://blahblahblah best I can suggest for now,

Don't worry too much the guys on this forum are great. One thing to remember for after this is sorted you need to update your Windows XP to XP SP3
