i went through it with RAC and it tracked then they declinded it
have no idea why as i have never had any problems before and its normally really straight forward.... Just click on the link through to the website and do it all online and it should track it....

Glad you got the washing machine sorted! one thing you cant lve without when you have kids!!!
didnt notice the post before saying how do you know its tracked - there is a bit thats says my account and if you click on there you can see all the tracked transactions and if they have been paid etc...
