Hi there,
If you go to the first post of this thread, there is an explanation there. It's a great challenge and really makes you think about your spending for the week..

Hi,
My weekly spend was £9.05 which is annoying as it was for the library fine yesterday. I could have had a £0 if it wasn't for that  but at least still within my budget.
Can I go for £10 next week though I am going to try and spend less than that. One debt in 100 days £384/1264(£865 left)Pay all your debt off by xmas 2014 £276/18864NSD 4 and 4 in a row0 -
can i join this please? can you explain what i have to do?Hello, basically you choose an amount you want to spend over the week (we do Sunday to Friday but you can choose if you want to do a whole week) then let us know how you get on. Also you choose what comes out of this budget for instance I don't count things I budget elsewhere for such as groceries or toilteries.
We are due to start again on Sunday so feel free to join us.
As for spends this week I am sure I am within budget especially as I spent a lot less last night than I expected.
So I am declaring green for the week as everything is shut

I'm over this week, by 50p. Total spend was £30.50. Put me down in the red.
Never mind, I've done this challenge for 4 weeks now and this is the first time I have been over.
I have got £7 in my purse and so that is my weekly spend for next week. Please put me down for £7 for next week.

I've spent a bit over the plan this week, spent £5 on a KFC, hubby spent £4 on spray paint, and we spent £20 on NYE, NSD yesterday and most likely today, but I'm definitely red unfortunately, Its my birthday a week tomorrw and I've got a friend over next weekend, hoping for four NSDs before she gets here, so next week I'd like to budget £30 including a meal out!

Hi Everone
A bit late but 'Happy New Year' to everyone
Im over budget yet again - I lost count which is even worse.Although some of that was ebay postage spending which I should have another budget for as Im sending loads at the moment. Will include them in this weeks budget and make it higher
so will start afresh this week with a new 'january so the start of all things good' mindset! I have so many challenges this month : )
I will say £50 including top up food shop/ebay postage charges as I dont need much food wise so would rather have one budget as Im determined to be in budget this weekWeekly Spend Challenge £200
