Ugg Boots from £62 delivered

I emailed Shudoo and explained, they said they would exchange the boots but then emailed me back and asked for my order number "so they can make sure I haven't missed the cutoff for Christmas returns".

I know I have missed the official cutoff, as the website says they can accept returns of orders received from beginning of November and I ordered earlier than that...only because i needed to get organised with going away in early december.

I've emailed them back with my order number, and will have to see what they say now.

If they refuse to exchange I'm stuffed though. I didn't know the cardy boots were a looser fit than other Uggs, I only buy them for the girls. If I'd known that, I'd have ordered a smaller size. Oh dear.

Does anyone know where I can get chestnut tall classic in a size UK 7 for less then 190 with a discount code? I have seen quite a few expired asos and shudoo so im hoping there will be more soon but I want them now:(!!!

..hello everybody! - can someone tell me, for Ugg Suburb and Crochet (the ones with the Suede base, if u get my drift!) - if im a size 5 normally - should i go 4.5 or 5.5? (basically - are the bigger or smaller fit than universal uk sizes??) all assistance gratefully received guys, swithering which ones im going to go for next.. (happy new Year xxx

I too am currently undergoing the returns process with Shudoo.

They were ordered after Nov 1st so should be able to return them before the cut off.

The issue I have is with ordering a replacement pair. We used a 20% discount code & obviously want to get the replacements at the same price.

They say that if we order now, they will reimberse the 20% when they receive the returned pair & will leave a note on our account for the warehouse...is it just me, or does that all sound a pretty @rse about face way to do things?

V tempted just to return & get another pair of boots from elsewhere.

Has anybody else been through this proceedure?

I sent my 5.5 back as they slipped at the back, got the 4.5 today and they fit fine, was worried they would be to small as I normally take a 5. They slightly snug but everyone says they give quite a bit. Hope this helps

Definately a 4.5 they do come up big, i'm normally a 4/5 depending where i buy for and the 4.5 are big on me.

well my boots arrived yesterday from Shudoo and they are absolutey fab.

I went into town the other day and tried the 4.5 on and they felt snug but i ended up going for this size as i was so scared that i would spend a fortune on a pair of shoes that started slobbing and didnt fit right!

I wore these last night and they have given a little bit and im soooo glad i got this size now.

Shudoo finally got back to me and have agreed to accept the return of the boots, even though I got them way before the Nov 1st cut off point for returns.

They say it's best to reorder online and request a refund on the returned boots.

But I also used a 20% discount code...didn't know they'd honour that too.

Worth asking I suppose.

While I remember, if you have purchased Ugg boots from an authorised Ugg australia retailer and the shop won't allow you to exchange them for whatever reason, as long as they are still current stock and showing on Ugg australia's website as currently on sale, then you can send them back to Ugg australia for an exchange.

Of course the boots have to be unworn and still in original packaging, but if you face the prospect of being stuck with a pair of expensive boots that you can't wear because of wrong sizing, it's an option.
