think the problem is when it's getting near the ending date everyone enters so the whole site crashes, with the new & old ones..
From time to time, during periods of peak demand the site may crash, in which case you may receive an error message once you submit the competition. We do apologise for this, but cannot submit entries on behalf of disappointed users. Please wait a while and then try again.

last time it happened i emailed them & was told exactley
what they say on the site, even when/if you phone them they'll say the same

I've just entered and I'm hoping it all went through. The above link worked but when I clicked submit it took a while and then came up with 'page not found'. When I went back to the previous page it stated that I had submitted answers. So fingers crossed.£2008 for 2008 member 1200

Just to let you know that when I submitted my answers, the screen 'crashed' but when I refreshed the screen it came up with confirmation of my entry. HTH
