I have no knowledge of this company, but apparantly they offer reasonable prices for females with previous cancer and they appear to offer cruise cover.

The cancer research charity has a list of "sympathetic" insurers it knows of, but makes no individual recommendation of any specific company:

Quentin now now! Talk about writing a book! Please remember people like Tippy and me put our opinion about Axa because of our experiences and the wish to prevent the same happening to other buyers!
Tippy - Thank you and you have a fan and advocate in me.
AXA volume........ I've lost count! I had a patient in the Channel Islands insured by Zurich and they use Axa US Assistance (foolish Zurich!), any how Axa told Zurich they had paid my employers bill and we (Patient & myself) have been discussing for over a week, and each time I refer her to Zurich they are determined that the bill has been paid. However Zurich (extremely profesional man) called me directly this morning and guess what? Axa aint paid 18 months after discharge!
Anyhow - if I'd have been the (usual opinon) debt collector, Ms Channel Islands would have been placed with Experian, Trans Union etc etc as a bad debt!
Great work Axa! NOT! - But usual for you!C. (Ex-Pat Brit)

Your experiences as a debt collector trying to get money from reluctant debtors hardly matter in this context. If every company paid their bills promptly there would be no need for debt collexctors! (Most insurers tend to delay putting the cheque in the post - it's not confined to AXA!)
You advised us not to take the M + S policy, and told us to read the policy to see the "vast loopholes designed to get AXA out of paying any claim".

But when given the link to the policy document and asked to show us the loopholes, you chose not to bother. How does this helps us come to a decision?0
