Is the protection as good as with a visa credit card?
You can do a charge back on a visa debit card unlike maestro unless the maestro payment was made over the net.

Is it a service card 100? If it says that on the front its the standard cheque card?

I have yet to see a £250 visa debit one as my mums card is gold with the £250 maestro

UPDATE: Spoke to Natwest and it is an error.

We had 'Maestro Servicecard 100s' with £100 CG.

New cards show no Servicecard 100 written on them. A bird hologram on the back left and that's it.

Natwest have confirmed that we have been sent the wrong cards and have issued new Visa Debit Servicecard 100s for us.

Well thank heavens for that! So i didn't have the wrong card afterall then? lol

I called them as well yesterday to further clarify this and they put me through to the department that sends the cards out who assured me my card was the correct one.
