Absolutely, excellent point, she might of actually done someone some kind of good in a round about way, perhaps her efforts for her own business should be more concentrated on appearing professional and training in marketing strategies and customer relations;)

So sorry folks - I feel this is my fault for posting the answer. I did check first and couldn't see any reference anywhere NOT to post the answer.

That being said, heavenli has a lot to learn about business and attracting customers - she's lost hundreds from here now!

Don't put yourself down feefeegabor it was not your fault, if the site owner wasn't so commercially naieve they would have put a warning on the website or they could have posted here and asked for the email link and answer to be removed

note: they objected not only to the answer being posted but also the email link as well

i will tell five friends not to shop at your online store - they in turn will tell another five each - you have already lost thirty customers the chain continues - then imagine every single person who was going to look at your site and enter your competition tells five each of their friends hahaha should you be in business? you have lost a lot of custom, i can not see you making much profit for a long time good luck you will need it!
