    Travelodge are cheap and cheerful and Edinburgh isn't the cheapest place to stay.

    Megabus for the win as well - I'm getting to Inverness in December from here - £2 return :T I think they come here from Englandshire as well :D

    So what's the plan or venue for this? Never been to one of these meets before, but as i work in Edinburgh should probably make the effort. I'll need to watch the times of the last train though - they usually change around then.

    Exactly what I was thinking (except the I don't live in Edinburgh anymore bit) OH in Fife - we do venture down quite a bit - be scary in real life won't it???????

  • The Hilltoon :) - not that I sound like it right enough, left when 6 months old with dad in army returned to sunny old dundee in 2nd year of school.

    Went to the Morgan - stayed mostly in Stobswell when back in Dundee, went to Uni frist time in Dundee

    Mum and Step monster in Carsnootie
    Brother and his GF in Broughty Ferry

    Best chum lives at the back of Sainsbugs (West Ferry?) we head back mostly via the Aberdeen boat and call in for brekkie at best chums on way to OH's when we are down
