"Consumers have a high chance of victory if they take their financial complaint to the free Ombudsman service.

Banks and other firms reject the majority of gripes yet just 6% of those rejected take their grievance to the independent Financial Ombudsman, the complaints body said today ..."

    Actually, the article itself does have a large focus on the unfair bank charges if you read it all the way through - perhaps that's why it has been placed in this section?

    I do agree with you with regards to perhaps this article in spite of a few paragraphs written about reclaiming. However, bank charges reclaiming is defined as a complaint.
