'Thanks' Button - Change Envelope Icon- UPDATED

not sure if this should be here or in the techies section as its a little unclear (or i'm stupid!) but this is particularly relevant for the Competitions forum,
when we press
would it be possible to have the envelope icons on the forum (e.g 
, 
..etc) change colour, or have a symbol. This would make it easier to clearly see which comps have been entered via the main page, rather than having to open each thread individually and Checking Our Thanks.
I believe most active users click the to keep track what has & hasn't been entered, as per the Comping Guidelines, so I believe this would help us out a little more.

Maybe there should be a way of tracking which comps you have entered that is independent of the "thanks" button?

Good idea, I also subscribe to each comp I enter which makes it easier. But it is time consuming.
Also a remove thanks button would be great
