So pretty much situation normal really. One step forward and two steps back... The other positive thing is that I am now on one tablet for the depression, and feeling pretty good, so not all bad
glad to hear that you are feeling a bit more up for the fight!
I am assuming that the council said yes to the tree people so yay to that as well. You will have to post before and after pictures...
chev
Great news about the one tablet Chev :T:T
Booo to NZ immigration  - hugs about one step forwards etc :grouphug::grouphug:
Will post some before and after piccies after tree surgeons have finished tomorrow
Finally managed to get council out today (started off last October with Parish, they referred to County, who referred to District....who today referred me right back to Parish..:mad:......so in sheer frustration i rang my contact at the Parish. Tree warden arrived two hours later and gave the go ahead....was actually very nice and helpful :T:T:T:T:T........and turns out I didn;t require any permission at all apart from one willow tree (if necessary and that will be done later in the year probably) as all the rest is part of my responsible boundary maintenance:D

I don't think you will have any nadgers if Beechie sinks his teeth into them:eek:..why not carry them in a box (the piggies I mean not your nadgers:eek:):rotfl:
Am going to be out of circulation for a while as on 16 July I am having an op - I only found out about it today:rolleyes: I am also participating in some research so have had to offer up a large syringe of blood today..with other samples being taken from elsewhere on a later date:rolleyes:
Went shopping for a new watch today - I won't need to buy a new one ever again:eek: Silly shopkeeper though forgot to give me my £100 voucher that they said I could have tor buying something in their shop today:mad: Will have to ring them later as the £100 would be better spent by me:cool: I used £50 of capital bond vouchers towards said new watch as well:D
:grouphug::grouphug: about the eye Horace..(saw you mention it on Troll thread)..will you be OK to manage after the op?
Piccie of the watch please....is it a big one or a girlie one?

:T:T:T:T I'm in love with my tree surgeons :happyhear:happyhear:happyhear:happyhear
Well it's all been very noisy here today and work has been impossible.;)
Piggies had to be brought in as the noise of the chipping machine scared them senseless......then Bailey and Charlie decided to start fighting (new environment so new fight for top pig) and Bailey won (well at least I think he did judging by the fact he then spent almost an hour rogering poor Charlie :eek:_pale__pale_)
Mental note to get Bailey and Charlie nadgered too
Long chat with tree warden about my trees but also about lots of other stuff to do with public footpath/brook/trees and flooding which I will need to address before the next flood forum meeting
Environment Agency have said I need to obtain an "Internal Drainage Consent" to reconstruct the bridge, gave me a name and contact number and that person will be visiting tomorrow :T
And as I was on a roll, I rang my local District Councillor who lives a few doors up to apologise about the noise and he is now visiting me saturday because of the silly message I had from Planning Dept a few months ago saying they would not tell me if I needed planning permission unless I submitted drawings (which will cost me a fortune to prepare) and pay them £75 for a certificate of lawfullness (just to lay a patio and put up a garage where there used to be a garage in my back garden)
Turns out he is on the Planning Cttee, was surprised at their response and wants to find out why on earth this is happening at the next planning meeting on 2nd July :T
And the BMW man has towed my car to a nice dealership (without me having to go with him) to get the instrument cluster sorted....and Avis are turning up with a replacement car this evening :T:T

Either that, or buy them peaked caps with chains around...Environment Agency have said I need to obtain an "Internal Drainage Consent" to reconstruct the bridge, gave me a name and contact number and that person will be visiting tomorrow :T
A bridge is "drainage"?? That's a new one on me...And as I was on a roll,
On a roll and kicking arsse...I rang my local District Councillor who lives a few doors up to apologise about the noise and he is now visiting me saturday because of the silly message I had from Planning Dept a few months ago saying they would not tell me if I needed planning permission unless I submitted drawings (which will cost me a fortune to prepare) and pay them £75 for a certificate of lawfullness (just to lay a patio and put up a garage where there used to be a garage in my back garden)
Turns out he is on the Planning Cttee, was surprised at their response and wants to find out why on earth this is happening at the next planning meeting on 2nd July :T
Now that is excellent news...And the BMW man has towed my car to a nice dealership (without me having to go with him) to get the instrument cluster sorted....and Avis are turning up with a replacement car this evening :T:T
