We had a very successful shopping afternoon today. :D:D:D:j:j

We started off at sainsburys and picked up 13 boxes of finish. We almost cleared the shelf but there were a few boxes left at the very back.;) We picked up a few other bits to take it over the £25 mark so we would get a 50% voucher for the cafe and trundled off to the checkouts.:j We picked a really friendly sa who was about to finish yay we thought but then the dreaded happened she realised about the offer and the price difference in the vouchers so called a supervisor over:eek::eek: the supervisor looked at the vouchers, made sure we'd bought the right product etc and even though the sa was pointin out the price difference to her she was like yea put them through it's fine - result we thought lol!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: So we paid 40p for just over £26 worth of shopping and got our voucher for 50% off in the cafe. Guess we are going for lunch tomorrow hehehe :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Then we went to a nearby Tesco and found loads of bargains which was fantastic and paid very little for our shopping :D:D:D

After we'd finished in Tesco we popped off to Asda who were holding a huggies box at cs for us. They were very obliging on the phone when I called to see if they had any in store. ;);) Picked the box up and we found some more, unfortunately they weren't the 03 ones but with a baby due in August the nappies will always be of use:T:T:T Of course a trip to Asda wouldn't be complete with out getting lots of finish lol. We cleared the shelf as there were only 6 boxes left :rolleyes:.

Then it was off to another Tesco where we got yet more bargains and the times newspapers we needed for our collection of mast heads for the M&S vouchers. :D:D:D

Finally after all that it was time for home and boy were we ready for home by then lol!!! On the 40 min drive home we worked out all in all we should of spent around £130-£140 but probably spent less than a tenner between us, not bad going even if I do say so myself lol!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Dont you just love it when a plan comes together...........well done!

Interesting to see you live near Doncaster(I don't live in Yorkshire now)...this is very off topic , hope you other peeps don't mind...I'm returning there in September for huge school re-union for PJGS...if any of you peeps went to that school and are going to the re-union, it would be nice to meet you.The re-union is for everyone that attended between 1939 and 1963 ( and there are over 500 us still alive that have been contacted and accepted the invite, the youngest are around 57 'ish now and the oldest are 81)...stop laughing you young peeps...don't suppose you are one of 'em Dr Who Who? Please don't be insulted if you are younger as I have no idea about peeps ages on here...

    Hi Folks

Sorry in advance if this causes people any hassle, but I've asked Browntoa to start a new thread so that we can allocate post 1 AND post 2 to coupon info.

At the moment I have used up the absolute MAXIMUM of characters in the 1st post - so I can't even add the new ones from today!!!

The new thread will have all coupons in the 1st post, and policies & FAQs in the 2nd post.

Thanks to Browntoa for agreeing to do this!

If you want a smile this evening , when you go to the couponnet site click on the 'Savings Tips' tab at the top and then scroll down to 'storing your stockpile'...how big do you think our suitcases would have to be?

I had fish and chips in Sainsbury's cafe using my 50% off voucher "bought" another 20 Finish got another 50% voucher

Re the Archers found the PDF and does look like a no no what a shame the people who produced the PDF have this site http://www.missionventures.co.uk/index.html
looks like they are big in the couponing world, haven't had a chance to look through for clues to coupon locations, noticed though you can register and get more info. I may email them and just be totally honest and ask for a list of what sites they are currently powering coupons on may save us alot of googling.

In case people haven't noticed, there is a small A5-sized flyer inside this month's copies of both BBC Good Food magazine and also Olive magazine (this is another food mag, not a publication solely for people called Olive). The flyer is glossy black and advertises Cauldron tofu/vegetarian meals, and I almost threw it out ... then noticed there were 2 x 30p NSS MOCs printed inside it.
