    My order is still saying "processing" on .com and payment has been earmarked from my bank so I am hopeful I will get my order on Monday.

    Can you buy one product in the herbal essence range to get 100 points, as on the label it says when you buy shampoo and conditoner so i took that to mean you had to buy both.

    Any one herbal essence product = 100 points.
    Same with Pantene at the moment too, including reduced price and minis.

    Does anyone have an email addy for boots customer care please? Looked online but it looks like they've removed their link to email them.

    I want to know why they won't honour the sale prices & have said that the items that went through at full price, that i'll have to pay full price.
    However i thought others had been told that they'd get their items at the sale price.

    Please...... did anyone have items that went through at full price but when you called up got them at sale price?

    Hi, just a quick question to those who brought the iggle piggle trike, how much have you been charged? cuz l just checked my account and it was only reduced by 50% not 75%. is that what everyone else has paid??
    l assumed it would go down to 75%.....

    i was just in Boots Oxford Street and they were restocking the shelves with those big boxes of Sanctuary products near the front door in the fragrance section.
    I picked one up for my girlfriend and it was 4.80 ish down from 20 quid
    Loads left 5 minutes ago!
