Making Chicken last

Please can sombody help me with 3 receipies to use with Chicken to last 3 main meals?

I bought an extra large chicken from tesco 2.5 kg and hoping it can go 3 meals :)

I was thinking a roast on day one but unsure about the others :)

    Chicken and sweetcorn pie-Leftover chicken with campbells condensed mushroom soup, some sweetcorn and topped with pastry, served with spuds and veg
    Chicken Muck Muck-Leftover chicken with tin of mushroom soup and serve with mash spuds and veg....scrummy
    Chicken Curry-Leftover chicken with tin of chopped tomatoes, curry paste, onion, tin of baked beans-served with rice

    I've had a look through and a few good receipies also saw sombody had did this with a chicken which gave me the idea just wondering if there's anybody out there who do this weekly and if so what they use :)

    Anything you could change for mushroom soup? Dont like mushroom soup :(

    id have

    a roast
    a pie or curry bulked out with lots of veggies etc added
    soup again bulked up with whatever you have in
    and stock with the rest

    I hate mushroom soup too (I hate all mushrooms, whatever their shape or form!).

    Try Campbell's mediterrean soup on it. I've done this before and it's lovely.

    I've also made a chicken casserole-type thing (can't remember it's name) with chicken portions and a tin of chicken soup poured in. Just added loads of vegetables to it and cooked it all in one pot.

    SOmething I also tend to so with these chicken soup type things is to add some spices. OH likes things to have a bit of a kick, so I keep some mixed American spices in the cupboard which I add generously. Even tried it with plain old chicken soup and he loved it.

    any of the campbells soups are good as quick sauces. Tomato is really good with chicken :)
