On the twelfth day of Christmas, Mr B gave to me:
Twelve out of date Slimfast smoothies
Eleven indifferent e-mails
Ten lost Paypal payments
Nine different excuses
Eight customers complaining
Seven SA's resigning
Six unsolicited items
Five hundred compensation points!
Four incomplete orders
Three different Sale dates
Two stressed CS operators
And a generic error message on dot com :rotfl:
Merry Christmas folks0 -
BOXING DAY SALE
Could someone please kindly explain to me how the sale "happens"? Is there
(a) A frenzied rush at 5pm on Christmas Eve for all 3 for 2s to be relabelled by the staff (who are busy thinking about their turkeys) as half price?
(b) The prices stay the same on the shelf but there are huge posters saying something like "Roll up! Half price sale on all green labelled items!" and these are put up on Boxing Day, before the store opens?
(c) Everyone comes in on Christmas Day to relabel?
(d) Nothing's relabelled and the till miraculously works it out?
(e) None of the above - Santa and his Elves do everything?
(f) Nothing happens.
(g) Something else happens.
Thank you.0 -

It must be E - Santa and his elves, as my hubby still thinks santa is real, as when he gets up on xmas morning everything is done....Make the most of your days, enjoy your life.0 -
on boots.com home page there is a picture of the gorgeous big ted baker gift set in a purple case (the bit where the pictures scroll across at the top) - any one know if this is going to be on offer any time soon as the OOTW is often in this slot? thanks xx0

Tangle Teezeer update.....
DD2, (who's hair has been likened to horse hair ) has just tried it. She has thick, wiry, coarse and long hair. She say's it feels a bit weird, but does get through the knots, without too many tears. So that's afrom us.

I was listening to the no7 lady tonight as she was telling one of her colleagues that a mega offer was starting on Friday.... it's going to be £25 and still on 3-4-2 according to what she was saying!0 -

Suggestions please. I am looking to buy a couple of gifts for 2 friends. I have approx £20 in total to spend and would like to get them something a little bit different as I already have some body stuff for them. Any ideas?

Soap and Glory handwash duo set, priced at £8 and 3 for 2. Looks really pretty and has a nice stainless steel holder that they sit in.
OK so maybe not the most excisting present but I'm delighted with mine!
:-)Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
