    I also have a One Account, and am pretty annoyed at the way they have treated us all.

    Cant Martin Lewis kick up some kind of fuss about this?

    How do we contact him?

  • Having been a (Virgin) One account customer for a number of years, I have been following this thread with great interest.
    I received my rate cut letter along with my monthly statement yesterday and noted that they both still said Virgin One Account at the top. Is everyone else getting the same thing as I would assume Virgin/Richard Branson would be unhappy having their brand name associated with this product at the moment!

    That's something I have wondered about too. Up until recently I still called it "Virgin One" although I believe Richard Branson sold his stake in it several years ago and it was supposedly rebranded to the "One Account". If I was the bearded entrepreneur, I would be contacting my lawyers and getting all references to his Virgin brand removed from all literature and advertising immediately. One of the reasons I went for Virgin One initially is the no quibble customer service you get with his companies. This RBS shower are appalling and shouldn't be hauling the Virgin brand throught the mire.

    I see the BBC have a table at the end of this page (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7763546.stm) with RBS listed as passing on the full 1.5% last time. There's also a comment form for feedback if anyone wants to point out their error (although they ignored my last feedback when I pointed out that RBS is selectively avoiding passing on the cut to many of their customers).

    Yes i know this mortgage is funded relative to Libor, however that will fall too now...
  • I am a One Account customer, not a Virgin customer, I can't find any Live Webchat on the site, can someone advise?

    I believe RBS bought the Title to Virgin One Account, they bought the name, like other Virgin businesses which have nothing to do with Branson.
